| I
am studying the interannual variability of the pelagic planktonic
ecosystem of the Gulf of Lions (Mediterranean
Sea) under the direction of my two supervisors, Claude
Estournel (POC-CNRS) and Frédéric
Diaz (LOB Université de Marseille).
I use a 3D model based on the biogeochemical model ECO3M-MED
and the physical model Symphonie.
One of the present objectives is to apply this model to the
interpretation of the BiopRhofi campaign (Mediterranean
Sea 2006). More generally, I am interested in extreme
events, which are known to have a major impact on long term
budgets (see Ulses's
thesis 2005),
and could be a key issue of the study of climate changes. |
